The beautiful and classy feeling of the hotel, without it feeling old. It was in a great position near the city, but far enough back from the foot traffic that it was peaceful. The rooms are clean, spacious and the team were so helpful. We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary and they spoilt us with a bottle of bubbles, it was lovely.

Good location, comfortable, excellent friendly staff.
Position near to all the main attractions in the center of Sydney.
The staff were exceptional. They made our visit so easy and enjoyable. The room faced the construction work opposite the hotel but even though it was super loud outside, we could barely hear it in our room. It occasionaly sounded more like a quiet clothes drying was running next door. There was no noise from it through the night. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles. The pool was a great size and the water was the perfect temp to easily and comfortabley hop straight in. Very easy walk to city shops and all the surrounding attractions.
Paradox sydney scores a 150% on location. Centrally located and within walking distance to all attractions in the city including Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. One could not ask for more.

The venue, the staff, the food, the cocktail bar all exceptional. The staff were pleasant and polite.
Comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and aircon worked very well. Very good location - close to trams and the main street, theatres etc. Food in restaurent was good and quickly delivered.
Convenience and breakfast
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to leave my bag and use the wellness centre to get change and refresh after my flight while I waited for check-in. Concierge were always proactive seeing how they could assist me. I also had someone check in with me during my stay to see if I needed anything else. I visited the wellness centre for the steam room and pool, and enjoyed having a bath in my room. I found there was sufficient coffee etc in the room, along with amenities in the bathroom. Location was perfect to walk to Circular Quay and the Botanical Gardens. It was also very close to Wynyard station and the L which I used to get to Olympic Park and the Airport. I had breakfast off the à la carte menu which is reasonably priced (compared to local cafes) considering a drink is included. There is currently construction nearby which I was a little bit worried about prior but as a light sleeper I didn’t find the noise was that loud.
Great location, short walk to Circular Quay and many restaurants, bars etc. Excellent staff and amenities such as 3 restaurants, a nice indoor pool , spa, hot tub and a steam room were all second to none.
